Overview
Final Offer Sign Riders feature a unique QR code that passersby can scan to access property details and submit their contact information. This helps agents capture high-intent leads directly from on-site interest, without any additional effort.

Assign Sign Rider to Listing
Follow the steps below to assign a Sign Rider to your listing in Final Offer:
Sign in to your Final Offer account.
From your Dashboard, navigate to My Listings and locate the listing you’d like to assign the Sign Rider to.
Click the three dots (⋯) to the right of the listing.
Select Assign Sign Rider from the dropdown menu.
In the field provided, enter your Sign Rider ID. This is printed on the sign rider near the QR code.
Click Continue to complete the assignment. Please note: If you receive a message that the sign rider is currently assigned to another listing, follow the steps below to resolve this issue.
Unassign Sign Rider from Listing
From your Dashboard, navigate to My Listings and locate the Sign Riders tab.
Click the three dots (⋯) to the right of the listing the desired sign rider is currently assigned to.
Select Assign Sign Rider from the dropdown menu.
Then repeat the steps in the Assign Sign Rider section above to complete the sign rider connection to the desired listing.
