An Exclusive listings are properties that are only visible to agents within your brokerage or network, as well as anyone specifically invited to view them through a Final Offer channel. Exclusive listings are not publicly searchable or viewable on finaloffer.com and are not listed in MLS.
When performing a search on Final Offer, you may see a note indicating that there are Exclusive listings you don’t currently have access to, along with a “Get access” button. These listings will display only limited information until you request access and the listing agent approves it. Once approved, you or your agent if you have one, will be able to view the full details of the Exclusive listing within a channel with that listing agent.
